Meletta is an Otumoetai old girl who has finally returned to home after 10 years down south. She completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and also a Bachelor of Science at the University of Otago. For the past three years Meletta has been servicing the needs of the South Otago Community in a busy dental clinic in Balclutha. Family and the weather have been a massive draw card in making Meletta move back up to the Bay. Meletta is excited to reconnect with the Tauranga community.

One of the biggest things Meletta enjoys about being a dentist is really getting to know her patients, putting them at ease and then exceeding their expectations. Meletta has a patient centred approach and always takes special care to explain things well and answer any questions. She prides herself on providing good quality dental care to her patients so that they walk out with a smile they can be proud of.

If you asked Meletta what she does in her spare time she would say catching up with friends and family and travelling. If you asked her partner he would say Netflix, food and online shopping. Meletta is a keen sports fan. She knows all things netball and rugby and Monday mornings will include a debrief of the weekends sports results.
